MAJOK, LLC - General Philosophy of ED Coaching

Coaching builds a bridge between where you are and where you want to be. It honors you as the expert in your life. Some of the coach’s responsibilities are to:

  • Motivate you to discover and clarify what you want to change and what you want to accomplish.
  • Awaken your resourcefulness and creativity to make healthy choices.
  • Joggle you to be responsible and accountable for your goals.
  • Optimize your chosen strategies by helping you plan and take action.
  • Kindle your courage to create a self-fulfilling life that you design.
  • In each meeting, you choose the focus of the conversation and I listen and contribute observations and questions, creating clarity and moving you toward action. A primary goal of coaching is to accelerate your progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Results are a by-product of your intentions, choices and actions, supported by the coaching process.

Via the coaching process, you will deepen your learning regarding harmful eating habits and enhance your quality of life.
